Bob Inman is my collaborator on the Big Parade. He is the designer of the prologue walk (Friday, May 17) and the author of A Guide to the Stairways of Los Angeles, LA’s first comprehensive stairway directory. He is also the designer of the massive “300 Stairways” route/walk, which he complete - over ten days and 200 miles - with Andrew Lichtman and Ying Chen (the trio appear from left to right in the above picture) in early May, 2012. 

At the Saturday night reception for the Big Parade 2013, you’ll see posters - like the one above - that depict the locations we’re visiting as they were in the past; Bob’s extensive photo research has made this visual, dynamic time capsules possible, so keep an eye out for them!
